Retail Bank Product Offer Management

This major bank in ASEAN was looking to improve the process for offering new products to customers when they contacted to bank, either in person when they visited branches or when they called customer service. The existing process relied on the judgement and experience of staff using very basic rules, resulting in inconsistent results and missed opportunities.

The OneAnalytix predictive analytics platform calculates propensity to buy among all customers for all bank products and automatically ranks them from most likely to least likely. By passing this score to the customer service screens, the bank determines what product to offer whenever there is a customer interaction. This ensures that all sales opportunities optimized.
